How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an express shipping option for delivery within 1-2 working days if ordered before noon.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship directly to addresses within the United Kingdom. However, we can recommend international stockists depending on your location.
What is your return policy for damaged bottles?
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the package. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
